2. The following general rules apply:
   1. you must be a resident of and be located in a jurisdiction from which we accept wagers at the time of participation;
   2. you must be 18 years of age or over;

   4. any member who is self-excluded will not be eligible to participate. 3. This promotion is valid between 00.01 on Friday 13th March and 23.59 on Friday 20th March.
4. To win a share of the share pot and get the chance to win a prize as described more fully below, you must:
   1. be logged in to your member account on the Website;
   2. have made a deposit to your account of at least £10; and
   3. have wagered £1 or more on any Rainbow Riches branded slots game on the Website between the period specified in paragraph 3 above (games played in demo mode are excluded).
5. The £20,000 share pot will be shared equally between all members who meet the wagering requirements. The share pot will be credited to qualifying members on Monday 23rd March.

9. You can earn a maximum of one (1) entry into the prize draw.
10. Fifty (50) members will be selected at random by a computer system from all eligible members via the prize draw. The first ten (10) members drawn shall each win a prize as described more fully in paragraph 12a below. The next twenty (20) members drawn shall each win a prize as described more fully in paragraph 12b below. The next twenty (20) members drawn shall each win a prize as described more fully in paragraph 12c below.
11. Those members who are awarded a prize will be notified by either email, telephone or SMS within 72 hours of the prize draw. We may verify your eligibility and check your identity. If you have been asked for proof of your identity and/or your eligibility, your failure to provide such proof within a reasonable time could result in disqualification or the withdrawal of any prize. What constitutes a ‘reasonable time’ will depend on the prize in question. For example, if the prize is not time sensitive e.g. a tablet, you will have 30 days in which to provide the necessary information. If the prize is time sensitive e.g. tickets to a concert this Saturday, you will likely have a shorter time in which to provide the necessary information to ensure we have enough time to receive the information and allocate the tickets in time. We will notify you if any proof regarding your identity and/or eligibility is required and the timeframe for providing this information when you are notified that you have won a prize. Your deposit balance and winnings (if any) are withdrawable at any time during this promotion, subject to our rights to temporarily withhold payments as further set out in section 5 of the website terms and conditions.
12. The prizes available to be won in the prize draw are:

13. Any cash prizes will be credited within 72 hours of the promotion ending.
14. If you are a winner of one of the prizes set out in paragraph 13 above:
    • You will have 30 days from the date of our notification to claim your prize. If you do not respond within the stated time period, you may forfeit your prize.
    • Please allow 30 working days for delivery from the day that you claim your prize.
    • We won't be liable if any prize fails to reach you or you cannot take it for reasons beyond our control, or if any prize is damaged during delivery.
    • It is your responsibility to pay any and all applicable taxes on prizes.
    • A prize will not be awarded to you if, for any reason, to do so would be unlawful.
15. The prize is also subject to any restrictions and terms and conditions imposed by the provider of each element of the prize and event organisers, as applicable.
16. If any prize is or becomes unavailable we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are also subject to change.
17. Unless we agree otherwise, no alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

19. Nothing in these terms and conditions removes or limits our liability for: (a) fraud; or (b) death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These terms and conditions also do not affect the rights that are granted to you as a consumer by the law.
20. We will not be liable to you if you suffer loss or inconvenience because of the failures of persons or systems that we do not directly control - for example, mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, software providers and telephone traffic handlers.
21. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to change them and update them from time to time but if we do, we will post the changes on the Website, and if you have already participated, we will notify you by email.
22. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed from the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions which shall as far as possible continue in full force and effect.
23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
